**Purpose of the role**
The primary purpose of this role is to provide backfill placement for any vacant shift across all sites with a cost-effective and efficient rostering practice across the locations, ensure adequate up-to-date data is maintained across systems to enhance service delivery and ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
We currently have two positions available
- Early Start
- 5AM - 1PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekend Cover
- o 8AM - 6PM (Saturday & Sunday) and
- o 8AM - 2PM (Monday to Wednesday)

Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.
**About the role**
- Providing backfill for any vacant shift across the locations with a cost-effective and efficient rostering practice
- Acting as point of contact for front line staff during after hours
- Directing and allocating resources as directed by the operation managers, ensuring business processes have been followed and exceptions manage
- Escalating any shifts that are unable to be filled and/or service issues within appropriate time frames and procedures
- Ensuring the information in Rostering System are accurate and up to date at all time
- Working closely with Service Manager to optimise workforce planning and cost effectiveness
**About you**
The suitable incumbent would have:
- Rostering / scheduling / workforce planning experience;
- Knowledge of rostering systems, HR practices and award principles;
- Ability to build and maintain trust and confidence of stakeholders through building rapport, consistent performance and delivering on services;
- Demonstrated customer focused communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy, diplomacy and confidentiality;
- Organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise a demanding workload; and
- Advanced computer literacy e.g. MS Office and Excel.
