This role would work closely with clients ensuring the best possible customer experience. Our client offers true flexibility with a hybrid working model. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is a problem solver with a solid work ethic that can work efficiently and effectively to achieve desired business outcomes. Located in Melbourne, CBD.

Reporting to the Customer and Asset Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:

- Manage in-bound and out-bound customer enquiries and updates.
- Provide front end support and remote trouble shooting for clients and customers.
- Coordinating billing, invoicing and credit management.
- Working with telephone systems, case management systems and Salesforce to input data and help with customer queries.
- General administration tasks including data entry and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change throughout the workplace.
