**About the role**

The Commercial Manager is a key leadership role partnering directly with senior management and reporting directly to the CFO. This role will act as the commercial advisor with a range of business units to provide decision support, analysis, and insights to support the executive team in achieving their strategic ambitions. You will be responsible for the reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and add value across the P&L.
**Duties**
- Business Partner key decision makers to build business plans and strategies with full P&L ownership
- Contribute to decision making through insight and analysis of key performance drivers
- Review and make recommendations on CAPEX and OPEX to make informed decisions
- Lead the annual budget planning and forecasting process including variance and margin analysis
- Influence senior management with the identification of risks and opportunities
- Setup modelling to analyse ROI on strategic scenarios and projects
- Present findings and recommendations to departmental stakeholders and the board
- Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
- Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices
**Skills and Experience**
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 5+ years Commercial / FP&A Manager level experience
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad audience
- Retail background
- Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendation
- Advanced leadership and business partnering experience
