Office Admin Assistant

15-25 hours per week, across 3-4 days ( weekdays only) potential to work some time from home to the right applicant.
You will be required at times to assist in other areas of the businesses as directed by the General Manager. Other duties may include general cleaning, warehouse and order packing assistance, labelling etc.
This is a hands-on role. It involves all aspects of admin and some very limited customer service (online or phone only - no retail )
- Keeping a clean and hygienic workplace in accordance with our QA standards.
- Customer Invoicing
- Online Order processing
- Payment receival
- Shipping management
- Assisting in labelling, repacking, shipping and dispatch of products when required.
- High attention to detail and be able to follow procedures concisely.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, and autonomous.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a small, dedicated and hard working team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.63 - $34.28 per hour
