HR Officer

Our client is an independent Christian school in the Melbourne. It is an International Baccalaureate World School that currently caters to 750 students from kindergarten to year 12.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide advice/assist managing ER and IR issues for the Principal and Senior Management Team
- Supporting leaders with recruitment, performance management, annual workforce planning process, employee relations
- Reviewing and updating business policies as required
- Employment contract and contract variations management including On/Off boarding
- Assist staff with employment issues or concerns
- Managing HR personnel files, monitoring and reviewing VIT Registration and WWCC

**Requirements**:

- Degree in HR Management or Industrial Relations desirable
- Strong generalist HR background and a track record in managing the HR functions across the full employee life cycle
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Interpersonal, team building, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working with Children Certificate
- Fully Vaccinated
