Our client is a leader in their field in Australia, dedicated to providing exceptional, quality services to their large and diverse clientele. Troocoo are proud to be partnered with them in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their C Suite level Executive on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.

**About the Role**
As the Executive Assistant, you will closely support your C Suite level Executive and act as the second-in-charge to the Executives. You will be responsible for the delivery of timely and effective high-level office administration, information coordination and confidential secretarial support to your Executive.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

- Providing high-level diary and meeting room management, ensuring meeting schedules are maintained and work commitments are diarised.
- Ensuring the provision of information and briefing materials is created and distributed in a timely manner prior to meetings.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality as you establish effective working relationships and ensure high standards of customer service are delivered.
- Carrying out any necessary ad-hoc duties to support your Executive.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite level. You will be a professional, well-spoken, and well-presented individual who is confident in their ability to support across a range of duties efficiently. Bringing an eye for detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you will use your high-level organisation skills to ensure an effective working relationship with your Executive.
