**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
THE ROLE

ERA Legal is a commercial law firm with specialist teams in Litigation, Loan + Securities and Construction + Projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated law graduate or newly admitted lawyer (1 year PQE) to join our Litigation Team and Commercial Recovery Team.

The applicant must be a graduate or recently admitted lawyer who is available to work full-time from a physical office environment in the CBD.

Specific activities include:

- Drafting, collating and filing of court documents and exhibits
- Preparing briefs to counsel and experts
- E-discovery
- Interviewing witness, taking witness statements and drafting affidavits
- Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients and solicitors of other parties
- Attending court
- Legal research
