**About the position**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee operations in the southern and eastern regions of Melbourne Metro. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role as a senior leader, responsible for implementing our business plans, driving the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and management in the provision of support programs.
The Operations Manager is responsible for:
- Implementation of Organisational/Business Plan in alignment with Annecto's Strategic Plan and South East and Northern Business Plan
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence, quality, and exceptional client service
- Demonstrate effective leadership to enhance the delivery of quality service
- Financial management and monitoring of service budgets
- Oversight and manage South East community hubs based in Forest Hill and Mornington
- Operational leadership and management of regional programs to maximise community inclusion and personal autonomy for service users
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant professional standards, industry standards and legislative requirements
- Staff engagement, development and retention.

- Demonstrate sound understanding of NDIS and Aged Care funding models and service delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Working knowledge in the areas of marketing and business development, with experience in driving growth initiatives
- Exhibit solid commercial acumen, good analytical skills and ability to support the development of comprehensive business proposals, conduct high level research and support workshops and coordinate projects
- Sound understanding of consumer directed care and dignity of risk principles
