**Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and leading staff involved in critical forest and fire operations? Join our elite team as a Field Operations Supervisor**
- Get ready for an exciting position where you'll oversee the implementation of plans and programs whilst ensuring safe work practices and effective deployment of workcentre staff.
- We are seeking proactive and well-organised individuals to join our team as Field Operations Supervisors.
- As a Field Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day management of staff engaged in forest and fire operations activities. Your expertise in operational forest management, emergency response and staff management will be instrumental in delivering a wide range of operational tasks and fire prevention activities.

**Applicants must hold a current manual Drivers Licence (conditions A, I & V not acceptable for employment)**

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Experience in managing works programs in one or more of the following: planned burning, unsealed road management or other operational forest management activities including experience in management of staff.
- Experience and understanding of forest firefighting techniques, the Australian Interagency Incident Management System and other emergency response activities.

**This position is ongoing, available in the regional location of Powelltown, Victoria.**
- You'll have the chance to explore and protect stunning landscapes whilst earning a competitive salary ranging from $75,361 to $82,298 per annum, plus superannuation.
