A1 Outdoor Cleaners is a small, family business with over 20 years’ experience. Our professional services include external house washing and pressure cleaning. Our office is located in South West Brisbane and we operate across the Greater Brisbane Region as far north as Sandgate, east to Wynnum and Bayside, west to Ipswich and south to Logan areas.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**The Role**:
The position includes washing the outside of houses including the roof, hard surface pressure cleaning, gutter clearing and window cleaning. The position also involves dealing with customers and accepting various forms of payment. You are required to contact the office daily to complete paperwork for each job. You will also need to undertake any minor maintenance of equipment and collect supplies as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Skills**:

- Manual Driver’s License **ESSENTIAL**:

- Experience operating small engines
- Experience in chemical handling
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hold a valid Work Visa in Australia

**Attributes**:

- Mature and positive attitude
- Must speak English fluently
- Neat and tidy presentation
- Willingness to undergo a Police check
- Willingness to sign self-declaration of health and fitness

COVID-19 considerations:
Our work is prodominately outside cleaning so there is often no need for covid precautions, however, we do our best not to send teams to houses in quarenteen, and wearing masks in company utes if required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
