**About the ward**
Ward 3 North is a dynamic 20-bed unit specialising in spinal cord injury. You will support the clinical team whilst you manage various patient administrative tasks.
The unit is committed to patient-centred, evidence-based care and is dedicated to continuing professional development for all staff.
**About the role**
A regular day will see you:
- **Manage confidential patient information**:
- **Manage collation of clinical documents**:
- **Work directly with the nurse in charge to support patient access and flow**:
- **Engage with multiple electronic platforms to book appointments, ambulance transfers and utilise patient electronic medical records**:
- **Provide front desk reception assistance patients, families and visitors**
**About you**
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
