**Key Responsibilities**:
- Champion the product vision and engage customers, while effectively managing risks and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular market, customer, and competitor research to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Tech Lead to define product strategy and vision.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch performance.
- Analyse customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning for optimal outcomes.
- Lead Agile teams, leveraging market trends, customer feedback, and competition to drive innovation.
- Facilitate discovery and feature design sessions, creating clear and manageable requirements.
- Collect stakeholder feedback for upcoming features and showcase functionality pre and post release.
- Serve as the product spokesperson to industry and customers, effectively communicating FMClarity's benefits.
- Strive for highly organised SDLC workflows and take pride in preparing comprehensively detailed tickets and documentation.
- Work autonomously to ensure efficient progress of projects and tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Progressive Product Management experience with a focus on cloud, mobile, and web infrastructure.
- Strong background in SaaS and startup environments, demonstrating success in these settings.
- Proven track record of building and leading Agile teams to deliver complex SaaS solutions.
- Analytical thinking and a customer-centric approach to requirements articulation.
- Ability to collaborate, gain alignment, and advocate for customer needs among stakeholders and development teams.
- Experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or related software fields is nice-to-have.
- Strong organisational skills with a dedication to preparing comprehensive documentation.

**Salary**: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
