As a Social Work - Team Leader (Acute) - Advanced Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for delivering advanced Social Work acute services to stakeholders/consumers within the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research. This includes implementing and monitoring operational activities and leading professional governance activities for a team of acute Social Workers.
