About the Role
Lead the quality of clinical practice standards and service delivery through quality and service improvement, evidence-based practice, and research within social work across the service to ensure the provision of quality social work services to clients and stakeholders.
Accountable for all aspects of operational management of the Bayside Health Service Social Work Service, including performance appraisal and other general people management issues across multiple facilities/specialties and divisions across the service.
