Finance Business Partner

Join a highly engaged and valued team within the Tip Top business - Great growth opportunities within the GWF Business - North Ryde based with hybrid working conditions Based in North Ryde, we are looking for our next Finance Business Partner to support our Supply Chain and Procurement team. Reporting to the Supply Chain and Procurement Finance Manager, this role will deliver regular timely and insightful analyses on Supply Chain and Procurement performance, ensuring a thorough understanding of financial results, key drivers, risks and opportunities, to drive business action plans and result in improved business performance. With a finance background, you will be commercially and operationally astute to influence and communicate with business stakeholders. You will enjoy addressing "hands on" issues with the business and will be dedicated to promptly delivering high quality outcomes. The position will also ensure compliance with GWF and ABF policies / guidelines and ensure audit readiness. Purpose of the Role - Proactively partnering with the Supply Chain and Procurement functional teams at a National and Regional level on the delivery of operational performance and growth opportunities consistent with the goals and objectives of the broader Tip Top strategy - Deliver for National level and Chilled & Frozen Regional level, timely monthly financial results, month end reporting and variance analysis whilst engaging your business partners - Explore and uncover any potential business improvements to drive EBIT upwards - Support Supply Chain and Procurement with financial analysis and modelling such as purchase price variances, direct sourcing, packaging etc. - Proactively support the Tip Top growth agenda, providing relevant insight/evaluation support and analysis including financial modelling, data analytics (using Tableau and other tools) and Business Case development to facilitate decision making. - Increase the level of financial/commercial awareness within Supply Chain and Procurement teams and create an environment where people are aware of the financial consequences of their decisions About You - 3-5 years previous experience in financial or management accounting or business partnering with prior responsibility for monthly financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting - FMCG or transport industry background would be highly regarded - Sound analytical experience to deliver clear financial analysis simplistically to non-finance stakeholders - Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally - Strong analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk, and with good attention to detail - Strong business acumen with whole of business thinking - CA/CPA qualification - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential) - Experience with SAP and Tableau will be advantageous About Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
