**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

The Coordinator Service Hubs is responsible for delivering on Council’s strategic vision of integrated services hub. The role is responsible for building a collaborative culture across the partner service organisations and to provide a safe and supportive environment space for community members.

The role oversees Hub operations, including the coordination of internal Hub activities, stakeholder meetings, monitoring and evaluation. This role is responsible for the promotion of the Hub in the community and within Council. The role will successfully recruit and retain appropriate Hub partners, ensuring Hub activities are driven by the needs of the local community and align to Council’s strategic priorities. The role is the primary contact for all inquiries pertaining to new hub tenants. It provides direction and supervision to other Hub staff, building a strong and positive team of Hub staff to ensure that the service hubs offers best practice community focused outcomes.

**About you**
You will have a passion for building strong communities and championing initivatives.
You will:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for Service Hubs operating in the City of Whittlesea.
- Identify and progress opportunities for internal and external partnerships and collaboration for Service Hubs.
- Provide oversight and staff supervision of Services Hubs.
- Maintain existing relationships and tenancy agreements with Service Hub partners.
- Network and promote Service Hubs to service providers, including involvement in the Whittlesea

Community Futures Partnership, local area planning and other networks as required and relevant to the role.
- Ensure that the Service Hub tenants and services respond to community needs and align to Council plans.
- Identify and support opportunities for collaboration and coordination of programs and services within and beyond the hubs.
