**Raya Healthcare** is seeking a dynamic **Sales Trainee** to help expand our **NDIS service network** across Melbourne. **About the Role**
As a **Sales Trainee**, you will be responsible for **identifying and building strong referral pathways** with key stakeholders in the disability sector. You will work across **both in-person and digital channels**, helping to promote Raya Healthcare’s services to hospitals, community groups, and disability organizations.
**Full-Time Position**
**Melbourne-based with travel to various locations**
**Reports to**: General Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
**Hospital & Social Worker Engagement**
- Connect with **NDIS hospital discharge liaison officers and social workers** to generate referrals.
- Maintain and update a **database of key contacts** across hospitals and community centers.
- Deliver **engaging presentations** to hospital staff and social workers on Raya Healthcare’s services.
**LAC & Community Networking**
- Visit **Local Area Coordinator (LAC) offices** monthly (e.g., Brotherhood of St. Laurence, La Trobe) to build referral relationships.
- Attend **NDIS expos and networking events** such as Ready Set Connect.
- Engage with **NDIS planners, disability support groups, and church organizations** to expand our reach.
**Industry Partnerships & Sponsorships**
- Establish relationships with **housing organisations** (e.g., Housing Hub, home & living specialists).
- Develop **educational programs** for rehabilitation hospitals, schools, and correctional facilities.
- Identify **sponsorship opportunities** with disability sports clubs and community programs.
**Who We’re Looking For**

✔ **Strong Communicator & Networker** - Able to **build rapport, engage stakeholders, and create lasting partnerships**.
✔ **Passion for Sales & Growth** - Interest in **business development, sales, and referral generation**.
✔ **Organised & Detail-Oriented** - Ability to **manage contacts, track engagement, and analyze results**.
✔ **Understanding of Disability & NDIS** - Experience in the **disability or healthcare sector is advantageous but not required**.
**What You’ll Need**
✔ **Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Car** - Travel across Melbourne for site visits & meetings.
✔ **Strong verbal & written communication skills** - Confident in **presenting and engaging with professionals**.
