Sales & Administration Officer

I am seeking an and experienced Sales and Administration Officer on a full-time permanent basis to support a growing SA business. This position will support all administration functions and process all sales requests.
This position is fast paced and you will be required to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to work on a vast variety of tasks and have the opportunity to learn and develop.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and greet guests in a professional manner
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Administration support for the business
**Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 year experience previous experience in a similar sales administration position,
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite. MYOB would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily task
- Proactive, motivated and switched-on nature
- Trade experience or experience within a technical sales role would be an advantage
To be successful you will be energetic, self-motivated and a hands-on individual with great communications skills and a ‘can do’ customer service approach. You will have high attention to detail, sound time management and have a desire to achieve.
