The Opportunity

Are you looking for a role that challenges both your creative skills as well as your stakeholder management skills? If so, Samsung Australia is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Mobile division (MX) to develop and build awareness, create demand and drive revenue with a select group of partners in Australia.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**About the role**

At Samsung, the purpose of the Channel Marketing Manager is to partner with sales, marketing and retail to help deliver best practice marketing partnerships with our network of partners. You will develop and deliver partner-led demand generation activities that enable them to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from Samsung mobile products and services.

You will be the primary marketing contact for these partners, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Own the marketing relationships with a select group of partners.
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, including the review and approval of any marketing materials, ensuring that these adhere to Samsung brand guidelines.
- Share best-in-class campaigns, insights and learnings with Partner marketing teams.
- Brief external agencies on new marketing initiatives and marketing asset requirements.
- Champion the Samsung brand, our products and their customer value propositions with Partner marketing teams.
- Bring fresh thinking, new and innovative ideas into our marketing approach to drive ongoing performance improvement
- Support the overall team to manage the partner co-op marketing budget - submitting approvals, tracking spend and reimbursement claims.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**About you**:
To be eligible for the role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. To be successful for the role, we are looking for a passionate individual who is able to think outside of the box, and present excellent communication skills. The relevant experience would include:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in managing partner agencies and suppliers.
- At least 5+ years channel/trade marketing experience.
- Excellent relationship management skills; proven ability to collaborate and influence outcomes.
- Previous success in delivering marketing campaigns across both digital and non-digital channels, ideally within a retail environment will be highly regarded
- Experience working in an online retail environment and possessing graphic design skills whilst not necessary will also be highly regarded.
