**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager

Hiring Manager: Chief Marketing Officer

Employment: Full-time

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office), Sydney

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and execute channel marketing and communications strategies across intermediary, institutional and the direct-to-consumer markets in Australia
- Represent the needs of the local market in a global business
- Maintain a broad knowledge of the Australian investment management landscape, including competitive analysis, trends, and key developments
- Partner with the firm’s local PR agency to build the brand in the Australian market
- Serve as marketing liaison and support for ongoing investor relations initiatives
- Coordinate the development of the firm’s monthly FUM and performance reports, annual and semi-annual investor reports and calls, ASX announcements, and executive presentations
- Oversee the firm’s investor relations website
- Partner with sales, compliance, product management, finance, client service and work closely with the global marketing team across time zones
- Manage and coordinate proprietary, third-party and virtual events and conferences
- Create advertisements and advertorials for digital and print industry publications
- Measure the effectiveness and develop ROI models for marketing campaigns, events, and advertising
- Foster relationships with vendors and client home offices
- Adhere to local regulations and practices regarding the promotion of investment management products

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of managed funds product marketing and/or channel marketing experience in investment management
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven track record of driving engagement and the adoption of investment products
- Skilled influencer with the ability to gain buy in with different teams across the business
- Results-driven, high-performing individual with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and an intellectual curiosity
