Warwick Aged Care is located in the beautiful Southern Downs and just 3 km from Warwick's centre. **What You'll Do**

As our Maintenance Officer, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our site in great shape. You'll:

- Carry out general maintenance and repairs;
- Mow, prune, and maintain gardens;
- Coordinate with contractors and occasionally guide other team members and volunteers;
- Stay on top of scheduled maintenance plans using our asset management system;
- Help ensure the safety and comfort of our residents and staff, every single day.

**About You**

You're someone who:

- Has a trade qualification (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Has knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements, or ability to acquire with one month of employment.
- Has experience in property maintenance, either in aged care, community housing, or a similar environment.
- Can work independently but loves being part of a team.
- Brings a can-do attitude and genuine care for others.
- Holds a valid driver's licence, and relevant checks like a Police Clearance - or the ability to obtain.
