We are currently seeking an **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our very busy and highly varied **Accounts department** located at **Warwick Farm**. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be managing creditors across all our NSW locations.

**About the opportunity**:

- Allocate supplier invoices across various departments and brands for approval
- Creditor reconciliation and maintenance
- Managing supplier/ internal enquiries and resolving discrepancies
- Various duties to support the team

**About you**:

- A minimum of 1 year previous experience in accounts payable
- Accurate data entry skills processing up to 100 invoices daily
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent time-management and administration skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
