Large growing distrubution business require a HR Advisor to start immediate in a short term contract.
**Your new company**
Located in the southwest suburbs of Brisbane, our client is an established and growing distributor who supply leading retailers and construction companies. To support their employees, they require a HR Advisor to work within a small and supportive HR team on a short-term temp assignment.
**Your new role**
In this role you will report to the HR Manager and be providing generalist HR support and advice to a mid-size business. This will include:
- Providing practical HR advice to employees and other key stakeholders
- Issuing letter’s of offers and contracts
- Award interpretation and payroll administration
- HR administration and reporting
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:
- Previous generalist HR experience at an Officer level and above ideally within a medium to large organisation
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
