Due to internal movement, WesTrac are currently seeking a **Product Manager - Large Mining Trucks** to join our Business Development and Transformation team.

Reporting to the Product Management and Sales Support Manager, the Large Mining Truck (LMT) Product Manager is accountable for the Product Development process, managing and achieving sales growth and profitability of LMT fleet group categories (Mechanical and Electric Drive), along with Large Wheel Loaders (LWL) and Large Motor Graders (LMG).

The role will be an industry recognised expert and will work closely with Caterpillar stakeholders to align Caterpillar resources to assist the Sales team, engaging with internal stakeholders in developing, implementing, managing and executing on Sales division business plan goals - focused on customer, zero harm, growth and sustained business profitability.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience working with OEM in Product management or Industry related field, or within a project delivery, product and account management or technical sales role.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven comprehensive product, mining experience, with an understanding of relevant Caterpillar products and Caterpillar technology products.
- Provide strong technical sales support around product specifications, fleet / machine & production modelling
- Strong, demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with customers on different organisational levels.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office).
- Demonstrated understanding of safe work practices within a mining and construction environment.
