**Product Manager** **VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity**to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.** **We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth and are currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team.** In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions that enhance player engagement, optimise the store experience, and improve onboarding for one of our largest products. **Key responsibilities will include**: - Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance the store of our largest product, improving the purchasing experience and player satisfaction. - Design and implement engaging free-to-play features, onboarding experiences, and player engagement strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Design, and Engineering, to develop and deliver high-impact product improvements. - Use data and insights to measure product performance, define success metrics, and refine strategies for continued growth. **What you will bring to the role**: - Previous experience in product management within a fast-paced technology or digital business. - Proven track record of delivering products iteratively using modern methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams. - Prior social gaming or related experience is a plus but not required. **About VGW** VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.
