**Production Manager Role Description**
The Production Manager at our client’s manufacturing facility plays a pivotal role in overseeing all comprehensive operations. The Production Manager ensures seamless production with a focus on efficiency, safety, and team development.

- Instill a safety-first culture supported by robust processes and governance structures.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability.
- **Team Performance and Talent Acquisition**:

- Oversee team performance, aligning it with organisational objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning to attract top-tier talent while meeting operational needs.
- **Market Expansion and Contractor Management**:

- Identify new manufacturing opportunities to expand our market footprint.
