Production Manager. An exciting opportunity to make an impact within the Pumps Manufacturing Industry.

**Your new company**

The company is looking for Production Manager to manage the production of its Mining Pumps. They take pride in looking after their employees and are an essential pillar of the mining industry.

**Your new role**
- To monitor the flow and quality of work output.
- Planning and Scheduling to ensure production outcomes and KPI’s are met on time.
- Manage and Lead staff to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop the ideal operational and OHS policies, standards, and procedures to ensure safe productivity. Work with Engineering, project management, warehouse and purchasing teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Electrical/mechanical/fitter/plumber trades background.
- Solid experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of OHS regulations.
- Strong leadership and business management skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
