Reporting to L&D Communications & Events Manager, and working as part of the larger Learning and Development team the L&D Communications & Events Administrator is responsible for providing and deploying services to Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd. (the client).

As the L&D Communications & Events Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination of social media, events training and advocacy program related requests. You will be the key point of contact for our stakeholders and work collaboratively with all teams to coordinate support, manage the execution of our team support and to close the loop with stakeholder feedback post event training/support activity completed.

**About you**:

- Strong evidence of stakeholder relationship skills and experience with large organisations and/or teams with multiple layers of management
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Strong administrational abilities
- Social media management experience preferred
- Event coordination experience preferred
