**The Role**
The Quality Assurance and Document Controller is responsible for:

- Monitoring procedures and processes in line with ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Developing and delivering Management System training programs and initiatives.
- Leading internal audit program with a focus on ensuring project management system compliance and promoting best practice initiatives.
- SharePoint management.
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
- Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Providing departments with quality planning and support.
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.

**About our Team**
The Naval Construction Branch (NCB) is accountable for the assurance of ship construction, set-to work and transit of vessels constructed at the Osborne Naval Shipyard and Henderson precinct. We are headquartered in Osborne, SA and have a detachment in Henderson, WA and a smaller presence in Port Macquarie, NSW.NCB is furthering continuous naval shipbuilding and growing sovereign capability by overseeing the construction to ensure quality and standards are met, storing lessons learnt and developing standard shipbuilding procedures for construction.

NCB will oversee the construction of many different Navy vessels including Offshore Patrol Vessels, Hunter Class Frigates, Young Endeavour, Mine Hunter Vessels, Evolved Cape Class and Pacific Patrol Boats. Working at NCB will enable you to be at the grassroots of continuous naval shipbuilding, where you are part of a working shipyar

NCB currently has highly skilled and diverse shipbuilding experience which will be shared to grow your hands-on construction knowledge. You will work alongside Navy personnel, internal project management officers and Prime contractors
