**About the role**

We are looking to appoint a full-time fixed term role (6 month maternity leave cover) to support Life Care's Residential Care facilities, consisting of 5 outstanding locations throughout Adelaide.

Residential Care provides 24/7 support for seniors who can no longer live independently in their own home. It is the perfect option for people who benefit from a greater degree of hands-on support, by providing accommodation, meals, cleaning, laundry, assistance with showering and dressing and nursing care if required. It also provides a wide range of social opportunities to suit one’s personal interests or hobbies.

All of the Life Care Residential Care facilities have been designed to create a community environment that focuses on a high quality of life and provide opportunities to ‘Live Every Day’.

**About you**

You will be compassionate in your approach, with a sound understanding of customer service principles. You will take ownership of your role with a can-do attitude, having the ability to think on your feet and demonstrate great initiative. You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously whilst also within a hard-working, dedicated team.

Prior knowledge of Residential Aged Care and government funding streams are beneficial, but not required.
