**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers;
3. Contact for and coordination of product recalls;
4. Track and manage shipments, proactively resolving issues to ensure timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction；
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues for resolution；
6. Maintain accurate customer records, comprehensively documenting interactions and issue resolutions；
7. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in customer service operations；
8. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback to provide informed and proactive support；
9. Collaborate with other departments to gather and share customer insights, contributing to overall business strategies.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers;
1.1 year plus in customer service (optional);
2. Experience in a contact center environment or a workplace with busy phone lines;
3.You have a confident manner towards customers and a high focus on service;
4.You are a strong team player with great communication skills;
5.Outstanding English communication skills both written and verbal;
6.Excellent attention to detail; Approachable and personable；
7.Ability to work autonomously and be self-managing;
8. Excellent MS Office knowledge.
9.Excellent phone manners are a must！
**10.Previous knowledge of Data Center/Optical Network products is highly advantageous.**
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
