We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our high performing team based in Eagle Farm. As part of this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Utilita Joint Venture Contract is managed to deliver operational excellence, as well as maximising our commercial success. This includes being responsible for operations, delivering on contract requirements, managing client expectations, and ensuring that all targets, including quality, safety, productivity, financial and commercial are met.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Maintenance or services industry experience in Water or a similar industry would be beneficial
- Strong leadership of teams is essential to ensuring your success in this role
- A track record managing contracts or teams under performance / outcomes-based contracts is preferred
- Experienced in project/ program management and contract management
- A true people person, you build strong relationships with people from all background
- A demonstrated champion of safety you contribute greatly in creating a zero-harm work environment
- Demonstrated management and organisational skills coupled with the ability to lead and drive a team to achieving high performance
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
