Brisbane based, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension

- Be involved in a hands-on role across an exciting large program of works
- About the Role_
- 12 month contract with the possibility of extension
- Be responsible for managing building and construction projects within the assets team
- Provide contract management services to support the organisation in delivering commercially focused contract solutions.
- Work across a range of infrastructure projects including civil, building, electrical, signaling and other disciplines across the organisation.
- Manage and administer contracts with builders and ensure both parties work to meet regulatory and policy obligations relating to safety, environment, and HR requirements.
- About You_
- Well versed in the administration of contracts for transport infrastructure projects
- A strong background in civil engineering and construction management
- Experience in managing AS2124, AS4902, AS4000 or equivalent contracts
- High level leadership, people management, interpersonal, planning, coordination and negotiation skills
- Hands-on role with requirement to regularly attend on-site so previous experience within a building company would be highly advantageous
- Experience working on government infrastructure projects is highly desirable
