WildBear has an exciting long-term opportunity for the right person to join its Canberra Finance Team. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Officer will play an integral role in the WildBear Finance Team as well as the broader business.

This is a part time position working 25 hours per week. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Xero highly regarded
- Intermediate excel skills

**The key duties include**:

- Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
- Accounts Receivable - raise invoices, receipt payments and identify outstanding debtors for follow up.
- Accounts Payable - enter invoices matching to purchase orders, upload payments to the bank for approval
- Document management including filing accounting documents
- Assist with month end Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations (including inter-company loan accounts) and preparation of workpapers
- Assist with end of financial year reconciliations
- General accounting and administrative duties
- Assist and support the finance team, where needed
