The **Payroll Administrator** is a fast paced position that is responsible for the efficient completion of all Payroll activities for specific teams across our variety of brands.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Complete payroll activities including weekly and monthly processes and the maintenance of accurate payroll records.
- Process onboarding documentation for new Team Members, ensuring all relevant paperwork is shared to the appropriate parties in order to meet critical deadlines.
- Provide timely technical support and resolutions for manager and team member queries.
- Perform data integrity reporting for payroll specific transactions and master file data.
- Maintain and manage payroll process documentation and actively share knowledge to upskill team members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in testing functionalities and assist in validating system fixes and enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:
- You'll have prior experience in payroll preparation and processing.
- Working knowledge of payroll legislation and Award interpretation - RIA, HIGA, WIA.
- Experience using T&A systems i.e. Tanda and Deputy, or UKG.
- Intermediate Excel Skills - V lookups, pivot tables etc.
- A high attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of reliability and commitment, to meet the rostered requirements of the position.
- Ability to flex up and take on additional hours if required to support the team.
