Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the external PR agency and overseeing social media and influencer management. You'll be our go-to for all things comms and organic Social Media across our ANZ channels and someone who can also bring fresh ideas to our overall marketing efforts. **What you’ll get to do everyday?**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
- Manage day-to-day relationship with PR agency aligning content plans in line with overall brand calendar
- Create, plan and take responsibility for our ANZ social media content calendar
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive user engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, videos, and other multimedia content
- Manage a passionate community with a focus on growth and engagement
- Lead the social media execution of taking our influencer and creator collaboration campaigns to the next level
- Utilise social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyse data, and generate insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations for optimising strategies and achieving KPIs

**About You**

The role will suit an agile and results oriented person who is able to handle ambiguity and who thrives in a collaborative, customer centric environment.
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience at a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand or early-stage startup
- Fluency in a range of social platforms from TikTok to LinkedIn
- Strong experience in working with creative teams, managing multiple sources of content and informing the creation of high performing engaging content
- Expert in creating social-first content strategies to drive multiple objectives including engagement, reach & brand love.
- Strong analytical skills in measuring performance of strategic direction across organic social channels, and ability to clearly communicate learnings & drivers for success with the wider team
- Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally across marketing, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to launch successful digital marketing campaigns
