Are you ready to take your investigative skills to the next level—where every case you handle helps protect vulnerable individuals and improve care standards across Australia?

We’re looking for a **Quality Specialist**who thrives on uncovering the truth, driving change, and making a real difference in the lives of children and people with disability.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Lead investigations** into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations—ranging from abuse and neglect to restrictive practices and WHS matters.
**Gather and analyse evidence** with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness.
**Engage with regulators** like the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe.
**Deliver clear, trauma-informed reports** and outcome letters that drive corrective action.
**Support continuous improvement** by identifying trends and embedding safer practices across services.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields
- Experience in investigations within OOHC, disability, or health sectors
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth

**You’ll also need (or be happy to obtain)**
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
