Epworth HealthCare's Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Credit).

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond. Starting time is variable between 8 or 9am. Working from home will also be available once fully trained.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Collection of revenue for Inpatient, Day case, Outpatient, Medical Services and ED accounts
- Follow up and action of all outstanding accounts as per agreed KPIs

**To be successful in this role...**

This position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.

You will have:

- Strong computer skills
- A sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
- Previous health fund or credit experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
