**Your new company**
A leading financial advisory firm based in Subiaco, is seeking a competent administrator to support with front reception and back of house administration duties. At times you will be required to support the financial planners with administrative duties, with training provided to understand the industry and skills required. This organisation has a great salary package on offer, working within a supportive team environment. You will be required to work full-time hours, in an office based in Subiaco.
**Your new role**
As the Office All-rounder you will be required to manage the front reception area, greeting clients accordingly and attending to their needs. In addition you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing documents, storing copies on the database adequately
- Liaising with external parties on behalf of the financial planners, collating information and reporting back to the team adequately
- Contribution to team meetings, with the ability to take minutes if required
- General administrative and office-upkeep tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you must have administration experience within a financial services area. In addition you will display;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide effective customer service and meeting outcomes
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- A qualification in financial studies would be beneficial, however not essential
