Office all-rounder

**My well known client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an office all-rounder to join their growing team on a temporary and possibly permanent basis.**

**Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm - flexible hours available for those working families**

**Daily duties will include**:

- Reception duties
- Customer liaison including quoting and after sales follow up.
- Provide existing customers with a high-level of service through a consistent point of contact.
- Support in driving and developing our Company client database with a strong emphasis on creating a ‘repeat business’ model.
- Preparing customer invoices and processing client payments.
- Communicating and providing information to Managers and on site tradesmen in relation to jobs and stock orders.
- General Administration duties as required.
- Answering calls from clients and booking in jobs.
- Processing and scheduling work orders.
- Following tradesman schedule's and updating customers when required.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Invoicing, reconciling and following up overdue accounts.

**Desirable Experience / Qualifications**:

- Proven administration experience
- Good work ethic and reliable.
- Good attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working in a trade based business
- Previous experience with scheduling
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A professional and friendly approach coupled with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required
- Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Customer Service and Communications Skills
- MYOB experience
- Able to start within 2 weeks of acceptance.
