About the role
As our Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead and support the Team Leaders (Training Coordinators Team Leaders) and their operational teams across eight local teams in New South Wales and the ACT. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll provide direct leadership to ensure successful team management and delivery of the GP Training Program. You’ll drive collaboration across the region, helping us work as one NSW/ACT team while progressing towards a nationally consistent program model. A key focus will be building strong relationships with Medical Educators and other stakeholders, overseeing operational delivery, leading projects, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance service excellence. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll strengthen the quality and consistency of GP training across both regions.
**In this role, you will**:
lead Team Leaders and their operational teams (Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers) across New South Wales and the ACT.
manage and guide training support staff for high performance across New South Wales and the ACT.
enhance GP training processes, manage cases, and provide program advice.
build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
ensure the quality delivery of the GP Training Program across the region.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading team leaders and their teams in a training or service delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and manage complexity.
Experience in project and change management methods.
