Our Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services team has a Team Leader opportunity at Featherbrook College. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleaning services throughout our school facilities. Ensuring the contract and client requirements are successfully met and delivered to a high standard. This entails cleaning of offices, classrooms, toilets, halls, library and rubbish removal.

Our cleaners hold an important role within the school community by providing a clean and hygienic school to support the learning activities throughout.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial environment.
- Able to perform consistently to a high standard.
- A strong communicator and ability to lead a small team of cleaners.
- Provide friendly and consistent service to managers and others in your team.
- Work safely at all times and ability to work unsupervised
