**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and integration of both businesses.

We currently have an exciting 12 month opportunity for a Consultant Customer Communication Insights to join our fast-paced and performance-driven Project Edge Compliance and communication teams.

As a Consultant, Customer Communication Insights, you will support driving and execute the implementation of evidence-based marketing communication using advance Data and Analytics technique.

The Customer Communication Insights team is responsible for leading the analytics to support strategic design and development and measuring the effectiveness of customer communications across multiple channels. You will be able to drive implementation of evidence-based marketing communication using advance Data and Analytics technique

**Your opportunity**

Key to the successful integration of Citi Consumer business is the migration of Citi Consumer customers into NAB. It is an opportunity to put your skills at work to act as the voice of the customer work as a member of the Edge team to deliver an exceptional migration experience for our customers.

**Day to day you will**:
You will support the Manager Compliance Communications and Project Edge managment to:

- Conduct pre-campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy design and targeting opportunities
- Conduct post-campaign analytics to continuously monitor and influence the optimisation of campaign performance.
- Present analytical findings using data visualisation tools and creation of insight presentations for senior stakeholders
- Recommend appropriate course of action resulting from analytical insights (eg. marketing activity, customer contact opportunities) to best meet business objectives
- Develop improved analytical approaches and test and learn frameworks
- Enable data into Adobe Campaign environment to support campaign execution.
- Validate of audience selection from Adobe Campaign

**What you will bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Highly proficient in SQL/SAS/R programming languages and experience with Python, R and PsySpark
- Highly developed analytical skills, working with complex data sets and analysis methods
- Substantial experience in analytics with preference in marketing within Financial Services or related industry
- Campaign analysis: end-to-end campaign analysis including testing performance against control groups, AB testing & ROI calculations
- Marketing execution, especially database and 1:1 marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills required
- Good communications skills, able to convey complex messages in a simple and effective manner

Familiarity with enterprise and financial services data sets and project management experience in an analytics setting are desirable.
