In the role of Consultant, Customer Communication Insights you will join the Customer Communication Insights team that's doubling down on owning it.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across Marketing
  • Understand the digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow to translate into strategy design
  • Conduct pre/post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy
  • Develop improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworks

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience in SQL and analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience
  • Financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking
  • To be open minded, proactive and eager to learn new skills
