**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Electrical - Trainer Under Supervision**to join our **Construction**team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals under the guidance of a supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment in selected modules under supervision
- Prepare and organize training materials and resources
- Maintain teaching documentation and student performance records
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Melbourne Polytechnic policies, including OH&S and anti-discrimination

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Relevant vocational qualifications in Electrotechnology
- A Grade Electrical License
- Demonstrated industry experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or units such as TAEDEL301 and BSBCMM401 (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate records and training documentation

**Additional Requirements**:

- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
