Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced clerical/administration supervisor to join our workforce allocations department as the Allocations Supervisor.
The Allocations department is responsible for facilitating recruitment and timely deployment of casual & permanent pool nursing and support staff into ward vacancies operating 7 days a week from 6am until 10pm. The Allocations Supervisor role involves supervision and support of the allocations staff and providing administrative and clerical assistance to support the function of the Nursing Workforce Unit (including recruitment administration).

- **Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, with a high level of experience with workforce database systems and IT programs including Microsoft office programs**
