**Join Our Team as an NDIS & DSOA Business Support Officer**

Direct Care Australia (DCA) is a leading provider of Disability and Aged Care services, dedicated to empowering individuals to live life with dignity, independence, and purpose. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS & DSOA Business Support Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support through efficient claims management, financial administration, and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage NDIS and DSOA claims and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Maintain NDIS and DSOA client registers, prepare quotes, and create service agreements.
- Process and reconcile transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure accounts balance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Support client intake, onboarding, and risk management processes.
- Coordinate program support, liaise with external stakeholders, and maintain compliance.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities, providing feedback and implementing service enhancements.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy in all client interactions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Human Services, or related field (desirable).
- Experience in NDIS with strong understanding of NDIS guidelines.
- Proven financial administration skills, including invoicing, claims processing, and reconciliation.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using client management systems and software platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $73,507.00 - $76,274.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
