**About Drake Support Services**

Drake Support Services is a family-owned and operated NDIS-registered provider supporting people across Campbelltown, Macarthur and Greater Sydney.
We help individuals and families put the pieces together by providing person-centred support at home and in the community — guided by trust, respect, and lived experience.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **cheerful, reliable Support Worker** to assist a **14-year-old girl** living with disabilities to build her independence and confidence.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team who make a genuine difference every day.

**Your role will include**:

- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Supporting community access and social participation
- Providing transport to and from activities and appointments
- Working alongside the family and allied health team to follow support plans

**Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Willingness to obtain any outstanding checks

**Preferred experience**:

- Background in Nursing, Disability or Community Services
- Experience with **PEG feeding** and **BiPAP** is highly regarded

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $43.23 - $48.31 per hour
