Team Leader position within a healthcare environment for 2-3 months, working within Wollongong.

This not-for-profit service provider is looking to expand their team and bring on a Team Leader to support the healthcare workers. The services provided by this organisation vary and they truly make a positive impact on their clients lives.

**Your new role**

As the Team Leader you will be playing a lead role and be responsible for managing 6 healthcare workers, ensuring that the level of care provided within the services is inline with clinical regulations and will allow their clients to receive the upmost care/treatments.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the program is sustainable and you will be required to design/implement programs that are truly outcome focused.

Other duties include..
- Ensure effective operations
- Building internal and external relationships
- Design/Implement strategies
- Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure Clinical Governance
- Audits
- Customer Service Be the escalation point for any incidents and carry out investigations

In order to be considered for the role you must have
- Qualifications within healthcare/business
- Previous experience managing/leading a team
- A proven track record with clinical governance
- The ability to drive and motivate a team
- WWRCC
- NDIS worker screening check
- Current police check
