**Job Summary**

Passenger Service Agents are the friendly faces that ensure every passenger enjoys a smooth and memorable journey from the terminal to the aircraft. Our team is known for being helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, always greeting passengers with kindness, respect, and a warm smile.

Working together as a cohesive unit, we combine collaboration with a strong focus on safety and punctuality. In the fast-paced airport environment, our team delivers reliable and efficient services for the many airlines that rely on Swissport for expert ground handling.

**Work hours are flexible to align with airline schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, ensuring we’re always ready to support our passengers.**

**Your activities**- Be the friendly face that guides passengers from check-in to boarding, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.- Manage check-ins, verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and handle luggage with efficiency and care.- Keep passengers informed with accurate flight updates, including delays, gate changes, and cancellations.- Resolve passenger concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.- Provide specialised support for unaccompanied minors, elderly travellers, and passengers requiring mobility assistance.- Collaborate with airport teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive passenger experience.- Assist in emergencies and unexpected events, maintaining calm and providing support when it matters most.- Use your language skills to connect with international travellers and create an inclusive environment.

**Your profile**- Passionate about delivering outstanding, safe, and reliable service.- Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Calm under pressure, confident, and organised with strong time management abilities.- Physically capable of handling luggage and supporting passengers with mobility needs.- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.- Tech-savvy with confidence in using standard airport software and systems.- Australian Citizen/Resident with unlimited work rights.- Holds a valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transportation.- Professional presentation and grooming, reflecting the high standards of our team.
